We enjoyed the chinese tradition of fortune cookies.

Year 6 were kind enough to share them with us!

Roblox is an online multiplayer game creation platform. Play online or create your own games and virtual worlds using Roblox Studio. There are a wide variety of games hosted on the site, from racing and role-playing games to simulations and obstacle courses. Roblox has a community made up of players and developers of many ages. There are a number of reporting and parental controls.

All chat on Roblox is filtered to prevent inappropriate content, behaviour, and personally identifiable information from being visible on the site, covering both private and public communications. Players aged 13+ have the ability to say more words and phrases than younger players. All Roblox accounts display the age bracket in the menu and in-game. Age is never shown to other players.

We are aware that some children in Class 1 are using this site and therefore felt some information might be useful.

We have a direct link to the Roblox parent area below.

Maths in action

We have been studying areas and perimeters in our maths lessons.

We have been studying journalistic writing and have created our own newspaper reports on the crime of The Three Little Pigs framing The Big Bad Wolf.

We are studying Ancient China as our topic this half term. The Dragon is a powerful symbol for the Chinese.

We made some dragons and have begun creating some artwork depicting dragons as part of our studies.
